We love seeing what happens when our birch products leave our hands and become part of someone else’s craft. Alaska Provisions brings together collaborations with local makers who use our birch sap and syrup in products of their own — from smoked wild salmon and dark chocolate to pure Alaska salt.

Each collaboration reflects a different side of birch and the creativity of Alaska’s food and craft community.
