1. About Us
Hammers Family Birch is a family-run company rooted in Alaska’s boreal birch forests. We craft birch-based wellness products with care—from wild-harvested birch sap to small-batch fermented Birch Brew, chaga tea and tinctures, and birch syrup under our legacy brand, Kahiltna Birchworks.
2. Ordering & Shipping
Order Limits
We currently cap Birch Brew orders at 4 bottles per shipment (mixed or matched sizes) to ensure safe, sustainable delivery. If ordering other products with Birch Brew, please limit to 2 large bottles of Birch Brew per shipment.
Shipping & Fulfillment
We ship from Alaska using USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Shipping costs and options are calculated at checkout. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Transit times vary depending on destination.
International Orders
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
3. Returns & Refunds
We stand by the quality of our products. If something arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please email us at info@hfbirch.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
Due to the perishable nature of our goods, we do not accept returns on food or beverage items unless the product is defective. Refunds and replacements are issued on a case-by-case basis.
4. Wholesale & Bulk Orders
We offer wholesale pricing and bulk options for retailers and collaborators. Minimum order quantities apply. Please contact wholesale@hfbirch.com for more info.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, photography, logos, and product names—is the property of Hammers Family Birch and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
6. Sustainability & Transparency
We’re committed to regenerative harvesting, ethical sourcing, and low-impact production. Learn more on our Sustainability page. We also comply with USDA Organic standards for our birch sap and syrup and follow FDA labeling requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability
Hammers Family Birch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from your use of this website or our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
