We pack and ship everything from our small Birch Factory in Wasilla, Alaska. Shipping from the Last Frontier can be tricky, but we’ve designed our policies to be simple, sustainable, and fair for everyone. We ship to all U.S. locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories.

Shipping Policy

Flat-Rate Shipping

To keep things easy and transparent, we offer flat-rate shipping based on your order size.

We typically ship within 3-5 business days from the time the order was placed. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment depending on where you are in the U.S. We do not ship orders on federal and company holidays.

We do not currently offer international shipping, but we’re working on it.

Birch Brew Shipping Limits

Our Birch Brew bottles are glass and must be shipped with care. To protect your order and avoid the high cost of multiple shipping boxes, we set the following limits:

If you're only ordering Birch Brew:

• You may order up to 4 bottles total (any mix of 12oz and 750ml)

If you're ordering Birch Brew plus other items (like syrup, Chaga, or soap):

• You may order up to 2 large (750ml) Birch Brew bottles

• You may still order up to 4 small (12oz) bottles

These limits ensure we can safely ship your order in one box and keep shipping costs manageable.
