Straight from the Forest to Your Front Door

We pack and ship every order from our Birch Factory in Palmer, Alaska. Shipping from the Last Frontier comes with a few unique challenges, so we’ve designed our policies to be simple, transparent, and fair.

We ship to all U.S. locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories.

Shipping Policy

Flat-Rate Shipping

Most orders ship at a flat rate based on order size.

We offer free 2-day shipping on all orders over $125.

We typically process and ship orders within 3–5 business days. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination.

We do not ship on federal or company holidays.

We do not currently offer international shipping, but we hope to in the future.

Birch Brew Variety 12-Packs

Our Birch Brew Variety 12-Pack includes free 2-day shipping, regardless of order value.

Each 12-pack includes:

• 4 Raspberry Birch Brews
• 4 Lemon Birch Brews
• 4 Lemon-Ginger Birch Brews

Because Birch Brew is bottled in glass, we designed the 12-pack specifically for safe, efficient shipping in dedicated packaging.
