Hammers Family Birch creates and curates products rooted in Alaska’s boreal forest. Our collection includes wild-fermented Birch Brew, pure birch syrup, wild Alaska chaga, and small-batch foods and collaborations made with our birch syrup.
Some products begin with sap we harvest ourselves. Others are created in partnership with Alaska makers who use our birch syrup in their own craft. Together, they reflect the versatility of birch and the many ways this remarkable northern ingredient can be enjoyed.
